¿Cuándo y cómo sabrás si ganaste? Una vez que se vendan las 90 entradas, anunciaremos la fecha de un video en vivo donde realizaremos el sorteo de forma transparente y revelaremos a los afortunados ganadores. ¡Mantente atento a nuestras redes sociales para no perderte la transmisión!

Recogida de premios: Los ganadores deberán recoger sus sillas en nuestra tienda física ubicada en Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Se coordinará la fecha y hora de recogida directamente con cada ganador.


 

Términos y Condiciones Legales Obligatorios:

 

  • Elegibilidad: Los participantes deben ser mayores de 18 años de edad y residentes legales de Puerto Rico.

  • Mecánica de la Rifa: La rifa es un concurso de habilidad o azar, y la compra de arte digital constituye una donación o compra de producto, no una apuesta. La selección de ganadores se realizará mediante un sorteo aleatorio entre todas las entradas válidas.

  • Notificación a Ganadores: Los ganadores serán notificados por los medios de contacto proporcionados al momento de la compra de su entrada. Si un ganador no responde dentro de un periodo de [Indicar número de días, ej. 7 días] días tras el primer intento de contacto, se seleccionará un ganador alterno.

  • Publicidad: Al participar, los ganadores otorgan permiso para que sus nombres e imágenes sean utilizados con fines promocionales relacionados con la rifa, sin compensación adicional.

  • Responsabilidad: Urban Street Wear no se hace responsable por entradas incompletas, tardías o erróneas. Todos los impuestos asociados con la recepción del premio son responsabilidad exclusiva de los ganadores.

  • Modificaciones: Urban Street Wear se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones o cancelar la rifa en cualquier momento, si surgen circunstancias imprevistas y se devolverá el dinero. Cualquier cambio será comunicado a los participantes.

  • Aceptación de Términos: La participación en esta rifa implica la total aceptación de estos términos y condiciones.


We use USPS Priority shipping. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.  Puerto Rico residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. 

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Urban Street Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In case the package is sent back to us, we will notify you of the incorrect address. You have 21 days upon receiving notification to respond. If you have not replied after 21 days, we reserve the right to place the item back on inventory and a store credit will be issued. 

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs for incorrect addresses.

Returns

Your purchase is valid for exchange or store credit within 12 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition.

No refunds will be given unless an error occurs on our behalf.

No refunds on sneaker sales. All sneaker and hype clothing sales are final to reduce the possibility of counterfeit items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All clearance sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@urbanstreetwearpr.com or urbanstreetw@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
